About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Leader to lead our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that power our AI-driven creative generation engine. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, while collaborating closely with product management and research teams to deliver a world-class product.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, guiding and mentoring them in their technical development.
- Design and implement core features and components of Omneky's platform, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with research scientists to integrate cutting-edge AI/ML models into our creative generation engine.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions and support to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and software development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in computer science principles.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building high-quality, innovative software.
